Japan’s go-to winter festival..

In case there was one recommendation for the Chichibu Night Festival, it's to arrive way early! Found only an hour and a half from Tokyo, this gigantic Japanese party gets pressed rapidly and in light of current circumstances. Buoys finished with lights, wood carvings, and extraordinary melodic contacts line the roads until they show up in the downtown area. Once set up, a fantastic firecracker show begins for a view that is extremely difficult to coordinate. Spring-up food stands are put all around the unassuming community so you can get a genuine taste of Japanese road food. Remember to get two or three jugs of amazake (sweet rice wine) to keep you warm during the cold December evening.
